Many of our Consumable Parts are manufactured In-house. Consumable parts are certain parts that have one-lifetime use until deterioration or corrosion. After their lifetime, the material would need to be replaced. We help manufacture and supply customers with certain Consumable Parts that are detailed to their specific needs. Within Yerico Manufacturing Inc., we primarily work with Silicon, Ceramics, Quartz, Silicon Carbide, Aluminum Nitride, ESC or Electrostatic Chuck, Heater, and Photo Chuck.
